All content created, posted, or uploaded by users (articles, discussions, ideas, polls, etc.) remains the intellectual property of your organization. CorporateOne provides tools for content creation and collaboration, but does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

You are responsible for ensuring the content you share does not:

• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Contain confidential or sensitive information without proper authorization.
• Include offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material.

5. Privacy and Data Security

CorporateOne is designed to work within your SharePoint environment, ensuring that all data remains within your organization’s control. We do not access or store your data externally unless explicitly authorized.

For AI features (e.g., One Assistant), user inputs may be processed via AI models hosted securely on-premises or within your tenant. No data is transmitted externally unless explicitly configured.

6. AI-Powered Features

Certain features of CorporateOne, such as One Assistant, leverage artificial intelligence to provide content suggestions or support. These are intended to assist, not replace, human judgment.

We do not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Use discretion before publishing or relying on such content.

7. Modifications to the Platform

We may update or modify CorporateOne features periodically to enhance functionality, performance, or security. We reserve the right to make changes at any time without prior notice.

8. Termination of Access

Access to CorporateOne may be suspended or terminated if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your organization requests account deactivation.
• The platform is being discontinued or upgraded.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

CorporateOne is provided “as-is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
